Your SIF® Implementation

Data Mapping

A SIF® Project Manager from Integrity Schools will work closely with a core team of system owners to define your district's integration needs. A business process review will take place to determine consistency and quality of data entry into source systems, which may result in recommendations regarding process change and improvement. The SIF® Project Manager will then analyze each system's SIF® capabilities and compare that to the needs identified by your stakeholders. A standardized set of deliverables will be produced in order to plan and document the proposed SIF® Implementation. An initial project plan for the implementation phase will be prepared and presented.

Implementation

After your core team approves the plan, Integrity Schools’ SIF® Project Manager will coordinate the tasks associated with the implementation. In an initial implementation, these tasks include installation of the ZIS hardware and software, configuring and securing the Zones, installing and configuring SIF® Agents, testing SIF® Agent messaging, testing SIF® data quality, and synchronizing the SIF® Agents.

Support (SIF® Support Central)

As your SIF® implementation nears completion, Integrity will provide training to your designated SIF® Administrator (and other team members as needed) on the operations of the ZIS and SIF® Agents. Your staff will learn how to work with your specific SIF® Agents and ZIS, and how to accomplish basic troubleshooting should problems arise.

Integrity expands upon the support offerings of software vendors by providing SIF® Support Central. SIF® Support Central proactively monitors your SIF® implementation, automatically alerting our Support team of problems within your SIF® zone. SIF® Support Central also provides a One-Stop Help Desk service which means that we will coordinate support among all involved vendors to the maximum extent possible. This ultimately eliminates finger-pointing among vendors.
