Support (Schools Support Central)

Should an issue arise, put your mind at ease knowing that unlimited technical support is just an email or phone call away. Backed by years of troubleshooting expertise and experience working with other software vendors, we can pinpoint the source of an issue and work with the appropriate parties to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. We also provide active management in the summer “rollover” season to ensure you are ready to go before the start of the new school year.

  • Support (Schools/SIF Support Central) - As the SIF / data integration implementation is completed, the Data Integration Specialist from Integrity Schools will provide any necessary training to your designated SIF / Data Integration Administrator, including other team members as needed, on the operations of the Zone Integration Server (ZIS), SIF Agents, and other data integration processes or infrastructure.
  • Your staff will learn the basics of your specific SIF Agents and ZIS, and how to perform first-tier troubleshooting should problems arise.
  • Integrity Schools expands upon the support offerings of software vendors by providing Schools/SIF Support Central. Schools/SIF Support Central proactively monitors the health of your SIF implementation, alerting our support team of problems within your SIF zone or integration.
  • Schools/SIF Support Central also provides a one-stop help desk service, available via email or phone. This means that we will coordinate support among all involved vendors to the maximum extent possible, avoid any “finger-pointing” among vendors, and work to resolve issues in a timely manner. We also act as a single point of contact for Schools/SIF support and vendor management.
  • Schools/SIF Support Central includes an actively managed rollover, ensuring that your information systems are up-to-date, properly configured, and ready for the start of the new school year.
